Jakarta, September 10, 2026 – For companies with business processes involving multiple documents and approvals, efficiency in the signing process is an important part of smooth operations. PT Kiriman Dana Pandai (Kyrim), a Payment Service Provider that also offers end-to-end expense management solutions, has successfully cut document processing time by 80%, from 1–2 weeks to just 1–3 days, after digitizing its document signing and e-Meterai processes through VIDA Sign, VIDA’s certified electronic signature platform.

Previously, Kyrim relied on manual document signing and physical stamp duty. The process involved several administrative steps, including ensuring that the stamp duty had been applied before documents could be finalized. Printing and shipping documents, along with the risk of lost documents or information leaks, also created challenges that could further extend processing times.

Now, through VIDA Sign, Kyrim can complete documents faster with electronic signatures and e-Meterai integrated into a single platform. The streamlined process supports a more convenient signing experience while keeping documents secure, while also increasing document processing volume by up to two times.

Beyond speed, Kyrim Head of Legal and Compliance, Fadli Muhammad R, said that security and convenience for signatories were also key considerations when choosing a digital signature platform. VIDA Sign was selected for its web dashboard, which allows documents to be signed using official company devices without relying on a mobile application, helping maintain the confidentiality of company documents.

“We chose VIDA Sign because the platform is designed as a solution for businesses. Our main considerations were not only administrative convenience, but also the security and ease of use for those involved in the signing process,” said Fadli.

Commenting on the collaboration, VIDA Founder and Group CEO Niki Luhur expressed his appreciation for Kyrim’s trust in VIDA.

“We are pleased to support Kyrim in accelerating its document management process. Digital transformation is not only about replacing wet signatures with electronic signatures, but also about ensuring that the entire process remains secure and efficient. This allows companies to reduce administrative barriers without compromising document security,” said Niki.

Today, VIDA Sign is used by more than 17,000 business accounts in Indonesia. The collaboration with Kyrim demonstrates how digitizing document signing can help companies improve operational efficiency while maintaining document security. This is also in line with VIDA’s commitment to building a secure and trusted digital ecosystem, including through verified processes that help protect businesses from the risks of fraud and information leaks.
