Performance data can be viewed from the perspective of an individual solution. We currently provide performance data for KYC, Liveness, and OCR solutions.
Key Performance Metrics (KPMs)
Key Performance Metrics (KPMs) are typically used to evaluate the performance and effectiveness of your solution. Below are metrics like total transactions, conversions, errors, in progress, and more.
Total Transactions
Total transactions refer to the number of verification processes made over a specific time. This metric comprises three main categories: conversions, errors, and in-progress transactions. A sum of those three categories represents 100% of all your transactions.
Total Transactions Distribution displays the proportion between conversions, errors, and in-progress transactions. Hovering over the chart opens a tooltip with more info about rates and total amounts.
Conversions
The metric refers to all transactions successfully processed without any system error. This metric is further divided into accepted and rejected transactions.
The conversions Distribution chart displays the proportion between accepted and rejected transactions. Hovering over the chart opens a tooltip with more information about rates and total amounts.
Accepted Transactions
The metric refers to all transactions where the customer's identity is verified.
Rejected Transactions
The metric refers to a correctly processed transaction when the system couldn't verify a person's identity. Transactions are mostly rejected because the user provided low-quality or incorrect information. Another use case is fraudulent attempts correctly identified by our system.
Errors
In-Progress Transactions
The metric refers to all transactions where verification is underway, but the result still needs to be determined. Transactions shouldn't stay in this bucket very long and will eventually result in conversions or errors.
Transactions & Conversions Trends
A trends chart shows changes in key metrics like total transactions or conversions over a certain period. You can preview all data by day, week, or month. Hovering over the chart displays a tooltip with details for that individual month.
Rejected Transaction Reasons
Rejected transaction reasons are the most common reasons for rejecting your verification process. A rejected transaction refers to a correctly processed verification when the system couldn't determine a person's identity.
Each rejected transaction reason describes an issue that caused the verification process to get rejected. Examples may include:
- Incomplete or incorrect customer data.
- Low confidence score.
- Missing or invalid documents.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
We encourage you to use this information to identify improvements and avoid the same rejections in the future.
Error Reasons
Unlike the rejected reasons, error reasons refer to all the most common reasons when the verification process fails due to some technical error.
Each category typically includes detail of an error and a list of transaction that has been affected.
We encourage you to use this information to identify improvements and avoid the same rejections in the future.
