Integrated support ticket management makes getting help easier than ever. The new feature allows you to create and track new tickets from one centralized place.
Support Tickets List
You can find it in the Help section at the bottom of the side navigation. You will see all your tickets, including basic details like:
- Ticket ID
- Subject & Description
- Issue type
- Owner
- Last Activity
- Status (New, Waiting for you, Waiting for us, Closed)
Create a New Ticket
You can create a new ticket directly from the list by clicking the "Raise a New Ticket" button. Fill in all mandatory fields, and our support team will handle the rest.
