This holistic overview consolidates all your transactions conveniently, providing complete visibility over your products. The overview contains a list of all transactions and a transaction detail page.

What is a Transaction?

A transaction occurs when someone undergoes a verification, authentication, or signing process. Transactions typically includes information about the operations that happens within, customer detail if collected and overall details like IDs, date and more.

List of transactions

Currently, the transaction list provides 90 days of records across all API-based eKYC solutions. The table contains basic transaction details like transaction ID, email, error/reject reason, submitted date, or status. Users can search for transaction IDs or filter based on transaction status.

Transaction details

  • Transaction ID: Unique transaction ID
  • Operation: Describes type of a transaction.
  • Error/Reject Code: Displayed only if transaction is rejected or failed.
  • Created: Date and time when the transaction was created.
  • Reference ID: Optional ID for client's reference.
  • Billable: Information if given transaction is billable or not.
  • Status: Status of a transaction.

Transaction Status

  • In Progress: Intermediate status usually appears when transaction taking longer to process.
  • Success: This status contains both Accepted and Correctly Rejected transactions.
  • Fail: Transaction has failed due to technical issue.

How to search, filter and sort transaction lists?

  • Search: You can search transactions using Transaction or Reference ID value
  • Filter: You can filter transactions using Created, Operation, Billable or Status value.
  • Sort: Transactions are by default sorted based on Created value from newest to oldest.

Download Transaction List

You can download list of all transaction using our new download feature. You can find download button in the right top corner of the table. All data will be exported into a .csv file and sent to your registered email address.
