Jakarta, 15 September 2023 – Amid significant challenges in the digital era faced by Indonesia’s finance industry, eendigo has formed an exclusive partnership with VIDA to provide secure financing services solutions through the use of digital identities on Friday (15/9). This collaboration represents a big step towards digital transformation in the finance industry.

Under the digital products and services line of business launched by PT Adicipta Inovasi Teknologi (AdIns), an independent core system solutions provider for finance companies with over 20 years of experience, eendigo plays a key role as a primary digital transformation enabler, specifically designed to assist the digitalization and digital onboarding processes in the Indonesian finance industry.

VIDA, which provides identity verification services based on electronic certificates and digital signatures, supports eendigo's eSignHub service. This aims to help finance companies improve efficiency and automate customer acquisition processes. As an electronic certification provider (PSrE) recognized by Indonesia’s Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, VIDA verifies a signatory's identity using a multi-factor authentication procedure, including biometric verification and digital certificates.
