How It Works 

 

Prepare & Integrate:

Company sets up integration using VIDA Sign OpenAPI IT team configures the API into internal systems. 

 

Create Envelope & Assign Signers:

System sends API request to create a document envelope (e.g., insurance policy), adds signer(s), and places signature fields. 

 

User Authentication & Signing:

End-users (customers or internal approvers) receive secure sign link via email or embedded UI, then authenticate (Face Auth, OTP, etc.) before signing digitally.

 

Get Final Document & Audit Trail:

Once completed, signed document (with e-Meterai, if needed) is stored or downloaded. Company gets webhook updates, audit log, and legal proof of signature.
