Jakarta, July 21, 2026 – As part of its commitment to modernizing document management across its operations, MINISO Indonesia has officially implemented VIDA Sign, VIDA's certified electronic signature platform. Through this collaboration, MINISO Indonesia aims to improve administrative efficiency while ensurin the security and legal validity of its day-to-day business transactions.

Previously, MINISO Indonesia's document management process relied entirely on paper-based workflows. Documents had to be printed, circulated among multiple parties, and often shipped between cities due to the company's nationwide operations. This process was time-consuming, increased operational costs, and created risks of delayed, misplaced, or reprinted documents whenever revisions were required.

Today, with VIDA Sign, MINISO Indonesia digitally processes more than 400 documents every month, ranging from employee contracts to declaration forms. Electronic signatures and e-stamps are now integrated into a single workflow, reducing reliance on physical paperwork while lowering operational costs. Every document is legally binding and complies with Indonesia's electronic signature regulations.

As the need for faster and more efficient administrative processes continues to grow, MINISO Indonesia sought a technology partner capable of delivering ease of use, security, and legal certainty in a single solution. VIDA Sign was selected to support that digital transformation.

Syaka Safiya, HRIS Supervisor at MINISO Indonesia, explained that when selecting a technology partner, the company needed a solution that could accelerate administrative processes while remaining easy to use and providing strong security and legal assurance.

"We chose VIDA Sign because it not only offers a seamless digital signing experience but
also provides an additional layer of security through biometric verification for every signing process," said Syaka Safiya.

Responding to the partnership, Niki Luhur, Founder and Group CEO of VIDA, expressed his appreciation for the trust placed in VIDA by MINISO Indonesia.

"We are pleased to support MINISO Indonesia in building a more modern and secure administrative system. This collaboration demonstrates that digital transformation in the retail industry is not only about speed, but also about establishing trust and security throughout every business process," said Niki.

Today, VIDA Sign is trusted by more than 17,000 business accounts across Indonesia. For retail companies like MINISO, which operate hundreds of outlets nationwide, security and legal certainty in every document are more than operational efficiencies, they are the foundation of business trust. This collaboration reflects the growing demand across industries for administrative processes that are both verifiable and protected against digital fraud.
