Jakarta, March 5, 2026 – Persija has officially partnered with VIDA, Indonesia’s leading digital identity and fraud prevention solutions provider, to digitalize the club’s administrative and document signing processes. This strategic step marks an important milestone in Persija’s digital transformation journey, particularly in building a document governance system that is more secure, structured, and aligned with high standards. Through this collaboration, Persija becomes the first football club in Indonesia to implement VIDA’s certified electronic signature within its administrative system.

With VIDA’s support, the signing process is now carried out within a centralized and verified system, allowing documents to be completed significantly faster. The documents involved include player contracts, agreements with sponsors and vendors, as well as various internal club documents.
Beyond accelerating the process, the implementation of VIDA Sign also simplifies identity verification comprehensively, including for foreign nationals involved in the signing process. This capability strengthens Persija’s readiness as a professional club operating within a dynamic and global ecosystem.
Through certified electronic signatures connected to official electronic certificates, every document is not only completed efficiently but also gains legal certainty and protection against risks of misuse and fraud.
