VIDA Sign introduces a powerful new feature to meet the need for document processing that’s Secure, Simple, and Legal. Use Magic Scan to scan documents, sign them, and send them. 

1. Bulk Scan up to 15 Documents

Magic Scan allows users to scan up to 15 documents in a single process. This feature is highly useful for users handling large volumes of documents, such as business contracts, forms, or important archives.

2. Auto Document Detection

Magic Scan’s auto-detection technology accurately identifies the document area without needing manual adjustments. The system automatically detects document borders and aligns them to ensure neat and clear scan results.

3. Auto Crop and Adjust

Magic Scan includes auto-crop and adjust features, automatically trimming unnecessary parts and enhancing contrast, lighting, and text sharpness to improve readability.

Here’s How to Use Magic Scan:

  1. Make sure you're registered on the VIDA Sign app.

  2. On the dashboard, click the green camera button.

  3. Point your phone’s camera at the physical document you want to sign.

  4. Choose whether to sign documents individually or in a group (bulk) of up to 15 documents.

  5. Position your phone so the document is fully visible. Use Auto Detect Document, and the system will scan it. Use Auto Crop & Adjust to tidy up the scan.

  6. Once the document is saved, you’ll be directed to the signature page.

  7. Choose either Digital Sign or e-Sign for signing.

  8. Select Delete to remove the document or Edit if you want to make changes before signing.

  9. Click Upload once the document is ready for signing.

  10. Add your signature, e-Stamp (e-Meterai), and any required fields.
